Want to return an item? No problem at all!

* You can return any item and request a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.

* If you want to replace an item with the same item of a different color or size or with another item, you will need to place a new order. We can’t send a replacement item that you didn’t like or that you didn’t like, but we will make a refund.

* We will refund the cost of the item you purchased. This also applies to goods purchased on sale. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it. * In the unlikely event that the item is returned in improper condition or after the 28 days we set aside for a refund, we reserve the right not to refund. If you wish to receive this item back, we may ask you to pay the shipping fee.

* All goods will be inspected on return.

* Responsibility for the safety of goods lies with you until they are returned to the warehouse. Please ensure the goods are properly Packed to prevent damage during shipment.

* We are not responsible for any goods and other items that have been returned to us by mistake. If you want us to return them to you, we can ask you to cover the shipping cost.

* It may take up to 24 hours to process the goods from one returned parcel.
